Shipping
Delivery usually takes place within 3 - 5 working days.
Shipping costs are €5 and are free for all orders over €50.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number, a code that allows you to follow your shipment in real time, and the courier's contact information.
If you are a registered user, you can track your shipment directly from your account.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Please also note that our courier does not deliver to PO boxes or to the following areas: Livigno (SO), Campione d'Italia (CO).
