It is not possible to modify or cancel orders placed online.

Our couriers ship throughout Italy including the islands. They do not deliver to PO boxes and in the following areas: Livigno (SO), Campione d'Italia (CO).

Delivery usually takes place within 3-5 working days.

All products you have returned will be refunded using the same method chosen when paying for your order.
