Returns and Refunds

Something went wrong with your order? No problem! Returns are easy.

From the day your order is delivered, you have 14 days to make your return request online. Start by entering the email address you used to make the purchase and your order number, then follow the instructions.

Once the procedure is completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to select all the products you wish to return: you will only be able to return your order in one shipment.

Deliver the package within 14 days of the return request.

Be careful not to remove tags, any accessories or labels: we do not accept returns of products that are missing them.

REQUEST A RETURN

The procedure is very simple.

    To request a return, enter the email address you used to place the order and your order number .

  • Return label

    At the end of the online procedure, you will need to download and print the return label to apply to the package and place the items to be returned in a box, possibly the one from the original order. Apply the return label to the outside of the package and, if you use the original box, be careful to completely cover the previous label.

    Make sure you include all the products you wish to return in the package: you will only be able to return your order in a single shipment .

    If you choose to deliver your package to a collection center , remember to provide your telephone number, which is necessary as proof of delivery and to track your package.

    If you choose home collection , contact the courier by telephone to agree and book the date and time of collection.

    Ship the package within 14 days of the return request .

    Attention: if a courier other than the one indicated above is chosen, the return costs will be borne by the customer and in the event of loss or damage to the package, Outlet Benetton is not obliged to issue a refund.

  • Wait for confirmation email

    As soon as your return package arrives at our warehouses, we will verify the suitability of the items for return. After receiving the products, if they comply with the return conditions, it will take approximately 14 working days for the refund , which will be made on the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

    You will receive an email informing you of the outcome of the check.
